Welcome to the Rio Grande Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. The Rio Grande Chapter of the Appraisal Institute consists of professionals providing real estate solutions in New Mexico and the mountain time zone area in Texas.
The Rio Grande Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is comprised of 137 real estate professionals, including 63 Candidates for Designation, 4 Affiliates, and 68 Designated members who hold either the prestigious MAI, SRA or SRPA designation.
Appraisal Institute Designated members have met rigorous requirements relating to education, testing, experience and demonstration of knowledge, understanding and ability. In addition to exhibiting a higher level of education and competence than the minimum standards required of appraisers who are merely licensed or certified, our Members, Candidates, Practicing Affiliates and Affiliates adhere to a strictly enforced Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
